Mitel Support Contracts:

We offer a choice of maintenance contracts to suit your business. From a simple 'retainer' contract through '9am-5pm Monday to Friday' and '24 x 7 x 365' total cover. If you have specific Mitel maintenance requirements, we will tailor a bespoke Mitel support package to suit your needs. We offer a 4 hour response to all critical & major alarms and service affecting problems.

We are experienced in large 24 hour critical site maintenance. Customer references are available upon request.

Mitel Solutions:

MiraCall Solutions are a Mitel certified channel partner and are able to supply, install and maintain Mitel products and applications. We maintain customers ranging in size from 8 to over 3000 extensions. No customer is too large or too small. Our support contracts are directly supported by our own fully trained in-house engineers. We do not sub-contract our Mitel support to 3rd parties.

For critical sites we can offer our Mitel 'PABX Life Support' service.
